About

My name is David ‘Ed’ Edwards. After 21 years of avoiding ‘real’ work, a kick up my arse arrived during my final year of University, graduating with a First Class BA(Hons) Multimedia Graphics Degree in 2006. Soon after I began working for Sureshots Ltd, the UK’s fastest growing online retailer of costumes and party goods as their inhouse designer. In 2007 I realised a lifelong dream, travelling to South Africa to volunteer work with great white sharks, during which a second kick up the arse arrived. The threat facing these and other animals I’d loved since childhood from over fishing and general human ignorance (ie: stupidity) seemed, in my opinion, unacceptable. Thus in 2008 I began Creative Resolve as a means of supporting myself, while allowing me to support wildlife research and conservation.

When not working I like to spend my free time with my better half of seven years and our evil genius cat by the name of marmite. When they’re too busy to honour me with their time I like to play with great white sharks, write and illustrate comics, gradually improve at yoga, free dive, beat a drum kit or receive a beating of my own in Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts.
