The Design Process
The process of building and developing Multimedia can become somewhat hectic, with ideas, alterations and updates flying back and forth between the designer and the client. To ensure that all projects are as efficient and well communicated as possible, Creative Resolve works along a series of fundamental steps.
Step One : The brief and discussion
It's vital that we get a strong understanding of who you are, as only then can we begin to consider what will benefit you the most. Whether by phone, email or meeting in person, the first step is to discuss your project, including any general ideas or key requirements you may have.
Step Two : The Project Outline
Creative Resolve then builds The Project Outline, which essentially documents all the key details and development of your project. This includes any estimated costs, an overview of the work which will be created and our Terms and Conditions. Every time we reach a key stage of the project, or need to make ammendments to The Project Outlne, you are contacted and emailed up to date versions of all the relevant materials.
Step Three : Conceptual Ideas
We develop a series of basic ideas which give you an indication of the possible directions we can take your project. These ideas can be tweaked and refined until we have a concept you are happy with, which is then taken onto the next stage.
Step Four : Product Development
Once we have all the core elements in place and have a design concept you are completely happy with, we move forward with building into a fully working product.
Step Five : Testing (if applicable)
Some projects (such as web sites) will require testing to ensure that they work correctly and are as efficient as possible. Your feedback is also critical at this stage, as it ensures you're getting the exact product you require.
Step Six : Project Completion
Any outstanding costs are finalised, at which point you are emailed digital versions of all your final materials, we also post hard copies saved to CD should they be required.
