Definitions

The Client : The individual, Company or group who enters into a contract with Creative Resolve.

Creative Resolve : The sole trader developing the multimedia.

Project Brief : Documentations built by Creative Resolve, which covers all aspects of the project.

The Project : The contract between the Client and Creative Resolve for the productions of multimedia assets, as covered in the Project Brief.

Stage(s) : In reference to the project, a stage of development.

Final Deliverables : Final assets delivered to the Client by Creative Resolve upon completion of the project.

Client Materials : Content and materials provided by the Client for use in the project.

Terms and Conditions

By accepting a quote, the Client is agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below. Creative Resolve reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without.

All projects are organized into stages of development, with the overall cost of a project divided (not always evenly depending on the amount of work in each stage) between those stages. The Client is invoiced at the beginning of each stage.

Payment must be received within five working days from the date of invoice. Creative Resolve is not responsible for any delays which occur as a result of missed/late payment.

In the case of print, the cost of printing materials is independent of the cost of a stage. In the event that the Client is having materials printed, a cost for print is provided for the Clients approval, and must be paid in full before printing commences.

Any Client Materials which are integral to the development of the project are outlined in the project brief, and must be provided by the Client at either the start of the project, or at the start of the stage to which those materials are relevant. Creative Resolve is not responsible for any delays which occur as a result of missed/late material submission.

Creative Resolve is not responsible for the quality or nature of any Client Materials, nor can it warrant its content or accuracy, or that it is free from errors, faults, viruses or other computer or data-corrupting or data-damaging material.

The standard timeline for the completion of work in any given stage is two weeks, unless the Client’s specifications require, or if Oceans Interactive advises otherwise. If specific deadlines are required, they are integrated into the Project Brief.

All prices quoted by Creative Resolve to the Client are valid for thirty days, after which time they must be reconfirmed unless advised otherwise by the Client.

Final deliverables will be given to the client upon completion of all stages, unless the nature of the project requires otherwise. Any such requirements must be discussed and confirmed before the Project Brief is approved, at which point they will be incorporated. The exact contents of the Final Deliverables are specific to the project, and outlined in the Project Brief.

Final Deliverables are not provided until all outstanding payments are settled.

Payments received for all invoices are non-refunable.
